We ship globally—wherever you are, we’ll deliver your chosen craft to your doorstep.
How long does shipping take?
When an item is marked as "in stock," it means that the artisan is able to handcraft and ship your selected product within one month of your purchase. We will keep you updated on the progress of your item at each stage of the traditional creation process, so you can enjoy the unique journey of your purchase from the very beginning!
How much does shipping cost?
You do not need to worry about it: we are covering for it!
Can I track my order?

Can I return the products?
Yes, you can return your item within 15 days of receipt, covering only the shipping and insurance expenses.
What if the product arrives damaged or breaks in transit?
Every item receives dedicated packaging and is fully insured for shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we’ll take care of it.

Are products identical to the ones displayed on the websites?
The product images shown are for illustrative purposes only. These differences are not flaws, but rather the signature of genuine artisanal work.
How do you select artisans?
We travel throughout Italy to find traditional craftspeople who maintain authentic techniques. Each artisan is carefully vetted for quality, heritage, and ethical practices.
Can I meet the artisan who made my product?
While most artisans are based in remote areas, we provide detailed video profiles of each maker and their workshop. For passionate buyers, we can arrange studio visits by request.
Can I customize the product?

Why is the stock so limited?
Each piece is handcrafted by artisans who are dedicated to quality and tradition. Great things take time, and our stock reflects the care and time invested in every item
